Are there clients for Kotlin, Swift? I've found this for Kotlin -> postgrest-kt but it doesn't support realtime events

That is the current support matrix, unless there is some one who has done it on their own and not worked to get it in there.

So there isn't any client for Kotlin right now for realtime.

According to docs, Supabase uses Phoenix. Can I use this client -> https://github.com/dsrees/JavaPhoenixClient

I personally don't know anything about Kotlin, just that is the area for the client code.  You might ask in one of the Kotlin githubs what they do for realtime.  It is based on Phoenix... I can't speculate on the task to get it to work.  You might glance thru one of the other realtime clients to see what all they have to do.
