And how to get the url manually from the UI?

Are you trying to get the url you would use on the web for the image?  Or the pathname to use for storage calls?  If the URL then in storage dashboard click on the file and you will see option to get a url.  
On a public bucket that url is good forever.  On a private bucket that url will have a token and will good for a limited amount of time.
