ok, to be honest, this line is a bit confusing to me: "...there is surely a DPA between NYT and Google that governs the use and management of that data"
maybe the NYT has such an agreement, but is it realistic for ALL Google Cloud users to have such an agreement....even the smallest of startups that are yet to have any paying customers?
k
DPAs are (most of the time) default agreements
so yeah
in fact, google cloud lets you get and sign one completely automated, as do many others

I see, good to know - I use Firebase, can you point me to where I can do that if needed?
also - the way you asked the question about Supabase's DPA it sounded like you've already discussed this with the team - are they aware of the need for this?
k
They have it available here: https://firebase.google.com/terms/firebase-mcc, I couldn't quickly find where/how to sign it (I dont use google cloud actively)

thanks a lot for digging it out! With regards to Supabase - since this seems important for users based in EU, maybe there should be a GitHub issue about this - do you know if there is one?
k
I dont, no
