Has anyone resolved the permission issue on auth.refresh_tokens_id_seq trying to backup db? I have contacted support multiple times and almost two weeks no help.

How did you go about contacting support?

support@supabase.io, they responded asking for more information, I sent it, didn't hear back, asked for an update, and they said they are waiting for the info, I forwarded what I already sent, and haven't heard back.
