hey, is the supabase support email ok? my ticket got closed because i didn't reply, but i did, it went through (at least through protonmail's servers)
i also sent an email saying that i did indeed respond with my reply but i got no response

FYI, I've had a similar issue before and it turned out that the problem was that my messages were marked as spam by Supabase's support email provider (Gmail)

yeah, mine are probably getting marked as spam too because everything is ok here, but they are most definitely not getting the emails.

Sorry about the ticket being closed, this is an automated process where if the customer did not respond within a certain time it would close. I think you are correct in saying the email you sent as a reply probably got marked as spam hence why the ticketing system thought there was no reply from you. Someone in the team is looking into that ticket now for you.
