08/30/2021, 2:54 PMYou can go to the 'Computed' tab in chrome dev tools to see the properties of everything (without having to worry about whether it's a css var that's hiding the colour)
As for a Windows option, there's the Powertools colour picker (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/color-picker)
