I think one of the founders left a reply in that thread which explains quite a lot. Also work have been done on this in the public by one of the founders on multiple occasion, there is no eta for it, it's open source and anyone can contribute. It's really disheartening when a post like this appears on the platform stating how long it has been since something hasn't been done. Open source doesn't work under being pressured, it works in a collaborative way.
