I am not 100% about this, but my understanding is that upgrading to a larger instance is only available for Pay As You go plans
Either way, your best bet is probably to contact support via the support form on the Dashboard (top right -> Help -> Contact Support)
Here is a relevant tidbit from the last Beta Update from last month:
"You can now set the priority of your support tickets. We also have extra “urgent” levels that can be selected for the PRO and Pay As You Go projects."
