Hey -- I write java micro services and currently use liquibase + jooq with a managed postgres instance. What benefit will I get to move away from that setup to supabase?

I think you would have to look at the features Supabase provides and see if would benefit you if you moved. As I'm not familiar with any of the technologies you mentioned besides Java, I wouldn't be able to give you an personal answer to this question.
