Your api (kps) server went down after a flurry of high activity. You should get an email from the ticket with my reply.

Basically your server was maxed out on RAM, so you may want to upgrade one notch to a "small" instance which gives double the ram of the "micro" instance.

also your api server's disk is 66% full which is a little unusual, must be large logs somewhere
