I really like this fork of the gotrue server but the phone auth is basically unusable because the available sms providers are not affordable for many developers. I think instead of integrating many different providers you should just support using a custom sms gateway by setting the url which gotrue reaches to send messages similar to Auth0: https://auth0.com/docs/authenticate/passwordless/authentication-methods/use-sms-gateway-passwordless
