I would love to work for a postgres focused, open source supporting company like supabase. I'm wondering if anyone from the company can speak to traits, experience or other characteristics the company looks for in candidates. I'm currently a masters student in CS and I have prior industry experience in web development. I'm in the masters program to fill in gaps in my CS knowledge (systems, networks, language design and all things ML), but if there's something I should focus on over the next year and a half, I'm all ears!
