It's a weird way to put it but it has passed that date. Timezones are tricky. For example it looks like it ends at midnight in Vancouver, but we are currently observing PST not PDT, so if we apply the PDT offset it it actually currently 00:07:15 PDT which is UTC-07:00 https://time.is/PDT
