Hello. i want to understand if i need supabase. Where can you read when it is better to use supabase and when to use api?

Supabase is an API on top of a DB and authentication layer (with extra things like realtime and storage alongside). If you explain what you're wanting to achieve, the community can probably advise you whether it'd be suitable.
