shuttle

So uhh for some reason I can't login to my dashboard. I click login, it shows empty dashboard page, since I have no apps on the dashboard (and that's ok). However:
- If I refresh the page I get redirected from dashboard to the main page
- If I click "deploy" on one of the starters it redirects me to the login page, where I can click "Login with github", and then get redirected to the same dashboard page

Upd: now I do have some services according to `cargo shuttle project list`, but they still don't show up on the dashboard

The dashboard is still just a placeholder for future functionality. The CLI is the source of truth thus far.
