i'm kind of right in the middle, meaning i wouldn't be surprised if they were botting or something, nor would I be surprised if it's legit and just looks weird. This is why I told myself I would be happy with making the final 10 pre-voting, because the actual winner(s) were definitely going to be able to get more votes/views somehow whether through botting or by just having a large, pre-existing fanbase etc. It is what it is at this point

I was also wondering if this was being gamed. I figured maybe they were just a pretty well known artist, but couldn't find anything about them online. Link to website from their youtube was down. No comments, seemed a bit fishy. But who knows. Hopefully they'll at least go through and try to sus out if votes were fairly obtained. or not.

I would be more hopeful if there weren't so many other glaring issues with the competition, one example being a song listed twice on the finalists to this very minute even 3 days later. I'm also not very confident any money will be given out considering this line in the contest TOS: "Uberduck, Inc. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions." I hope I'm wrong and things are figured out but man wouldn't it be so easy for them to make some kind of message or announcement about the issues going on?

Not gonna lie, every music submission contest I’ve ever entered has honestly been sort of whack. I promised myself I wouldn’t do anymore, but this one felt too good to pass up. This might seriously be my last one

about the song listed twice. I think we need to maybe tag uberduck or tell them in some way about that. Because that could be just an honest mistake and error. Maybe they can fix that
