Dendron

- If the Dendron extension is disabled, and you reload window, does GitHub Copilot still have this issue? I don't use GitHub Copilot, so I do not know of collisions with that extension.
- I think the best path is, if you are wanting to use GitHub Copilot, to get that extension to work by itself first without server connection failures and with expected functionality, then re-enable Dendron and attempt to to use as normal again

This can help narrow down where the issue is coming from. I'm not sure who else is using GitHub Copilot in combination with Dendron, and whether they are experiencing clashing in the same way

Some mention that they've fixed it by updating the GItHub Copilot extension, or by creating the log file that it mentions it is unable to find.

In your case, try creating the file `/Users/me/Library/Application Support/Code/User/globalStorage/dendron.dendron/segmentresidualcache.log` and reload the window to see if it fixes
