It was quite difficult to work with a Remote Vault (

) and a Local Vault (

) in the same Workspace. - It was hit or miss where a new file would be created when hitting

crtl+l

- In an enterprise env, trying to setup Dendron publishing, the first

npx init

command reported 9 high sev vulns - I'm not a JS dev so couldn't explain why/how to mitigate/etc. Ended up - removing Dendron files from

team_docs

, so its just a repo with markdown files - backing up then removing the

dependencies/localhost/my_docs/notes

directory completely - restoring the original

Dendron/vault

directory from my old laptop - merged the

dependencies/localhost/my_docs/notes

docs with

Dendron/vault

docs That gave me a reliable Local Vault and a remote repo to store

team_docs

. At some point I'll research how to turn

team_docs

into a static site using Github Pages or the like.

What has worked well for me, are vaults like this: - self contained team vault that has no dependencies - personal work notes self contained vault where I add the team vault as a dependency - I enable several settings in my personal work vault config, such as always prompting where a new note goes. I know of enterprise users, especially on Windows, who aren't able to install/use NodeJS/npm due to security concerns and policies. - I've opened a feature request you may be interested in for dendron cli to be provided as a binary. Would likely address a lot of those concerns for people. When you are showing the directory tree above, is it literally set up that way or figuratively? **Example**: Work Computer: C:/Users/me/Documents/Dendron/ |--team_vault |--notes |--personal_vault |--notes |--etc.. Or is it like: C:/Users/me/Documents/Dendron/ |--team_vault |--notes |--dependencies |--localhost |--my_vault |--notes I ask because the [Dendron docs](https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/o4i7a81j778jyh7wql0nacb/#whats-different-about-self-contained-vaults) say "When you add a new vault when using self contained vaults, the new vault will go under the dependencies folder."
