I've run into the same rendering problem with tables when I've worked on converting docsets from markdown to Dendronized-markdown, where the links are internal links, and it breaks the tables in the same fashion. I wasn't sure if it was an issue on my end and hadn't looked into it enough to open a bug. I think it it can be reproduced this way, that it warrants a bug if a bug issue doesn't exist yet
