I think the bylaws state that in the case of a tie all the people who submitted the issues have to fight to the death? Or did that get changed after the last time...

yeah, but no one liked it since you had to fight only with garden implements (low general damage unless you crit), so we dropped it for a dice roll, but I'll post in the main chat in case someone else wants to chime in.
