command works when a link is selected, but

ctrl+click

doesn't and there is no preview on hover

Yeah, a not-so-great workaround till the release is out would be to update windows path separators for

fsPath

of remote vaults. eg: updating the fsPath to :

dependencies\github.com\Joshi\learnings

in place of

fsPath: dependencies/github.com/Joshi/learnings
            remote:
             ...
