multi-vault isn't actually necessary for that. its more for access control, see https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/24b176f1-685d-44e1-a1b0-1704b1a92ca0.html you can get to that scale on a single vault. for archival, we'll probably introduce an archival vault in the future. it gives dendron a hint of where to not look for active content and will let us do some optimization on the indexing side.
