Todo+ isn't integrated with Dendron todos. I use a TODO file in my vault which uses the taskpaper syntax and that just works after creating a new file with

. I don't recall I did any specific customizations but I use it only at work so I can check tomorrow morning if I have anything special in a non-synced setting.
