i spent the last 5 years tracking my time and realized that it wasn't something i acted upon 😅 i find a 2 point scale works a lot better now. also less stress inducing 2 - i've spent lots of time working on work thats important to me 1 - i've spent some time 0 - i've spent no time i try to average at least 10 points a week
