The Hiring part was interesting. I mean I suggested something like the 2 week long contract in my prev places, but I was always turned down. The main reason was that ppl come from other places and they can't afford to trial two weeks at a company while also giving up a job at the previous place. Such interview procedures can work for new grads though.
