Does anyone know how to automatically create tag notes after a #tag is used within another note? Also does anyone know how to visualize all of the notes that are linked to a specific tag note within the note graph? Or can this only be done by looking at the backlinks?
Previous when I asked this question the response what that notes can be created with
ctrl-enter
. This has not worked well for me. Often write in line tags when I am taking notes and forget to open them to create a new note. It would be very convenient if I could create all uncreated tags with one command. This would also help with writing inline tags since they would then show up in suggestions. Does anyone know if this is possible?

you can use
> Doctor: find broken links
to auto create notes
otherwise, you can go over the tag and run
Go to note
to create tags individually

findBrokenLinks
gives me back that "There are no broken links!" and the tags notes are still not created. I would like to avoid the
Go to note
option.

What about createMissingLinkedNotes in doctor? That's what I use, the only risk is that it does all missing notes not just tags. If you're using the CLI you could maybe use the --query argument but I've never tried it myself

createMissingLinkedNotes does seem to work either. For some reason the tags are not being recognized by the two mentioned Doctor commands. I haven't used the CLI much but I can try it out.

hey @michaelvolk - looks like doctor doesn't actually work on tag notes. it makes sense for us to support it, would you mind creating a feature request?
