In short, we have weekly meetings where we'll discuss what areas we're focusing on. Prioritizing bugs is handled by the "oncall" (a rotation of team members), who will assign important bugs to people. Other than that, everyone handles prioritization and task management pretty independently. Everyone works on every part of Dendron, so there's a general sense of ownership and people are happy to take up any bugs or improvements.
