    static vehicles' model IDs (in samp) are added to a pool/array and when a player joins the server, they receive that list of IDs on connect, to preload the vehicle model

    while with CreateVehicle, if u try to create a vehicle that it was never created on a player's game before, it takes like 400ms to load the model first, and then create it in game world

    but right now with open.mp, you won't get that behavior, they both work the same (same as static vehicles, so they are preloaded)

    static vehicles are still used for trains, because a train in samp is not just "one" vehicle

    omp is a remake of samp because yless was jealous of kalcor he made his own samp, I don't think it adds anything new
