I demand excellence in every aspect. This is why I prefer native applications over non-native ones, as they can fully utilize the capabilities of the device they run on. For example, I believe that Wine is not a native application and thus, it cannot fully experience the flesh and skin of the processor. Similarly, I don't think that GTA will be able to feel the processor in the same way a native application would. This is why I am so demanding, as I believe that anything less than the best is simply not good enough.

i use wine + lutris to play samp 0.3.7-r5 and it works fine

the performance is the same as if i was playing on windows
