well it doesn't work quite like that when you have a community following you for example, when samp 0.3.7 was released, you weren't able to connect to samp server 0.3z with it, because it's a new version of the client if Kalcor decides to release 0.3.9 right now, players will download it, and they won't be able to connect to 0.3.7 servers in the meantime, while open.mp client is work in progress, server owners will slowly move to open.mp, spread the words, community will get bigger (right now we have 21k users only on this discord), and when client gets released later, people will know, server owners can force it and look at it like a new samp version to update to, and everyone will have a unified client again, instead of 50 different versions of samp android, and community being split by 0.3.7 and 0.3DL I hope I explained everything very well
