yea, the only difference in build steps between what worked and what didnt work for me was the postgresql password thing (and my system wanted docker-compose not docker compose)

ubuntu sometimes is wierd with mysql out of the box, been having issues wih it this week on another system where the default root mysql pw doesnt reset right

maybe a docker dependency/symlink thing

who knows

The problem with this approach is that it can hit performance hard as it requires a full index scan to count records. So, having performance in mind, I don't think it's something suitable for ergo-graphql.
