Hi, i'm seeing that cloudflare receives the message, but it is not being delivered to the mailbox on my provider. In the dashboard I see message accounted for, but it is not listed in the message log, nor I can find it when doing search. How to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!

I'm probably the simplest possible use-case for email routing, I just want to drop my Google Workspace subscription for a few simple email needs for a personal project. But, upon setting up a email varification, the page I was taken to has a URL for

is a 404

it goes to

I think it was supposed to push to the email routing config page for the MX records though

I am assuming this is delivery only though?

product suggestion...not sure where to put this but i think here. Love the single button set up of dns records for email forwarding. That said, why not have a single button for removing records that are pointed to somewhere else, like google workspace...or at least partial removal with a warning that lists the records that COULD be changed as well for full removal (ie a dmarc dkim or spf weren't changed in the event you want to still send out emails with google workspace or whatever the 3rd party email platform being removed)

AND on the flipside why not have a 1 button set up for google workspace, zohomail, microsoftoutlook, mailchimp, sendgrid and other popular platforms....seems easy and useful and stops typos. The dns set up would go as far as it goes and then mention to user the dkim dmarc additional steps

I have enabled Cloudflare DMARC Management (like 2-3 weeks ago), checked the DMARC record and looks fine, but the dashboard never shows anything beyond "No data available"

I believe the reports that are sent are being rejected by Cloudflare with "521 5.3.0 Upstream error"

I am not using Email Routing, just the DMARC Management feature.

Im not receiving the verification email from cloudflare, not sure why. Email was working fine. I have my own mail server accepting mail for my domain. Is Email routing useful for me? I wanted to Cloudflare to handle incoming email at the edge but then I need to route my outbound mail through it. But I cant figure out what relay mailserver to use for outbound email

Cloudflare doesn't do outbound email relaying except if you send from a Worker using the Mailchannels integration (https://blog.cloudflare.com/sending-email-from-workers-with-mailchannels/).

is there any option in cloudflare like inbox? sending/receiving emails

No, there is not. Unless you build it yourself, Cloudflare doesn't store your emails for you, and it cannot send emails at all(you can use MailChannels or a provider of your choice).

Hello, I created a very simple email routing worker to process a pseudo sub-addresses (I wanted to use - rather than a + as specified in RFC5233).

Does email-routing work with page functions?

OIC, so maybe using "Advaced Mode", which requires the "module syntax", is the path to doing what I want, since the email handler, on the workers documentation at least, uses the modules syntax https://developers.cloudflare.com/pages/platform/functions/advanced-mode/

I don't think email routing works with page functions, even in advanced mode. If I'm wrong please let me know.

Anything that requires a non-fetch handler is not currently support by Advanced Mode
