Release date for the Rode WirelessPro seems to be end of the month in the US. Europe is often different and late. What is the release date in Europe and the price in Euro. Need the mic and can’t wait until end of the year to buy it at B&H. The new features are fantastic (32bit, screwed mics, time stamp) and exactly I am waiting for. Thanks Rode.

Looking at the videos I noticed the Smart charging case can be used as a hub to transfer files for the Wireless Pro series, wondering if the one for Wireless Go II will also be able to transfer files? or just purely for charging?

hello. I just got the rodecaster duo and got it hooked up last night. When I have any audio on my computer, I hear it with a very quick echo almost like I am in a stadium. I have looked at having mix-minus on and it still doesn't seem to be helping. I also just had someone join me in discord and they can hear themselves. Anyone have any ideas?

For those of you who have sent in your NTH-100 headphones in for fitlock repair: Did you get an improved fitlock system, or is it just a repaired but same thin plastic that will break again in a few months?

I updated the RodeCaster II and now the main stereo audio input doesn’t push any sound from any source. I am working on a dual pc. And the only way to get sound is from my gaming pc. My stream pc is usb 1 and gaming pc is usb 2. I can only get audio to come through RodeCaster pro II chat. When the update happened I didn’t change anything until I realized I wasn’t getting audio from stream pc using the main stereo output See attached for how I have it set up

I'm not a streaming freak and I'm a little bit lost. 🤔 I'm currently thinking about buying hardware that is on one hand as universal as possible for my videos and on the other hand can be set up quickly. In general, the stream should be on YouTube, headshot, no gaming. FullHD with 30FPS is probably enough for now. So no extreme requirements. I have the following use cases: First of all (short term)m 1. Streaming “alone” with one camera (a second would be nice, but not a must) and one microphone (25%) 2. Sound recording for dubbing. Replacement for Tascam DR-60 MkII (70%) A little bit later 3. Streaming with two (max. three) persons (interview situation) with several (2-3) cameras (overall view and close-up) and one microphone per person (5%) I have the Rode Wireless Pro myself and can use various XLR and USB microphones (Rode Videomic NTG, Sennheiser MKE600, Shure SM7B). So far I have thought of the Rodecaster Duo with 1 to 3 Camlink 4K capture cards. Connected to OBS and that’s it. Correct? Now I have discovered Streamer X, which would probably simplify use case 1 significantly (which is the most common use case after dubbing). That would have real charm. Of course it is not a solution for use case two (dubbing). For multiple microphones and sound recording on microSD card I probably need the Rodecaster Duo anyway. But can I use Streamer X somehow, e.g. to replace a capture card? Or can I use two Streamer X at the same time for two sources in OBS? How would you cover the use cases? I would love to try it out myself, but I would have to buy all the hardware. However, without knowing whether it works, it doesn't make much sense. My question is will the PC38X mic be picked up by simply plugging it into a Rodecaster DUO? I also have a Shure SM7B in one of the XLR Inputs. but don't really need the Shure SM7B 100% of the time.

If I start the update. the Rode Central app just shuts down and a purple light starts flashing on the mic. I'm not able to start the software again. Only if I disconnect the mic from the PC. Is that normal?

i will be using 2 pcs for my streaming setup can this product be used with 2 pcs i will have 1 gaming pc and 1 streaming pc im new to this as i have always used a Internal Elgato capture card.. cheers

OK this is freaking awesome. I’ve been waiting so long for some proper white audio gear. I’m ready to throw money out my screen but first I want to ask a few questions. 1. what is the brand store? I’ve never heard of it before, but I’m not super up to speed on all of rodes storefronts. 2. Is this only ever going to be available on that one website or could it end up in local retailers? 3. How limited are we talking? Do I need to buy today or is this something that there will be stock for 1 to 3 months or more? 4. Why no white xlr cables?

is there a way to toggle between headphone 1 and monitor 1? my sound will play out of headphone 1 but not monitor 1 and i cant figure out why. Right now i have my headphones on headphone 1 and my speakers on headphone 2 so i can get sound from them.

I am very late to the dance with the Rodecaster. I bought a Rodecaster Pro about 4 weeks ago and I love the thing. I am seeing a lot of other products mentioned and I, being late to the dance, don't know the hierarchy as far as the order from last to newest. Where does the Duo fit into the family?
